RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
As Lakeside Bed & Breakfast is a small establishment, cancellations can impact on the daily operations.
- At the time of booking, credit card (Mastercard, Bankcard or Visa) details are requested
to secure the booking with a 50% deposit.
- If cancellation occurs 7 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable or transferable.
- If cancellation occurs within 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
- If cancelled on the day or no show, 100% of the room charge is debited from the credit card provided.
- If Lakeside Bed & Breakfast is able to relet the Room/Suite at the same rate and conditions the deposit will be refunded less a $20 administration fee.
